John Platillero served six years in the Air Force as an enlisted airman and graduated from the University of TN with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is also a musician and started promoting concerts as a hobby in the early 90s. He learned how the music industry works and dreamed up a web-based solution to make the industry work better. He returned to college to get an MBA and wrote the business plan for what would become “EventBooking.com.” He and his wife built the business from nothing to 40 employees and over 70% global market share of venue management software for large arenas and theaters. In June of 2021, they merged with the world leader in Convention Center software. John now focuses on helping young entrepreneurs build their businesses.
Josh Platillero is a young entrepreneur with a passion for marketing, primarily via social media. He has amassed over a million followers on Tik Tok, who watched him Livestream his cross-country adventure. He rode his longboard from coast to coast, enjoying the beauty of small-town America and sharing it with others. Mack McAllister owns and runs the leading detailing business in Knoxville, TN. He met John & Josh and was blown away by the superior quality of No-H2O products.
